Frank Bettencourt, DVM
Dr. Frank Bettencourt graduated with honors from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in the Spring of 1999. He completed a one year internship in Illinois and practiced for five years in Central Florida, prior to purchasing Churchill Veterinary Hospital in September of 2004.
Dr. Bettencourt enjoys internal medicine and soft tissue surgery with special interests in veterinary dentistry, preventative medicine and dermatology. He is married to Dr. Cristina Bettencourt. They enjoy life with a dog, a cat, and three beautiful daughters.

Cristina Bettencourt, DVM
Dr. Cristina Bettencourt graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine with honors in the Spring of 2000. She spent her first five years of practice in a prestigious veterinary hospital on the east coast of Florida. She enjoys soft tissue and minor orthopedic surgery and internal medicine. Her special interests include dentistry, reproductive medicine, and ophthalmology.
In her spare time, Dr. Bettencourt enjoys spending time with her daughters, her husband, and their dog "George".

Andrea Wille, Veterinary Technician
Born and raised in Washington State, Andrea earned her BA at Ripon College in Wisconsin (where she dual - majored in Psychobiology and Theatre). She worked with wildlife for the next few years, before settling down here at Churchill Veterinary Hospital with our beloved companion animals. She has mainly worked as a technician and as a receptionist since joining us in 1999.
She has availed herself of several dental-related continuing education opportunities, among others. She currently is in charge of much of the inventory at our clinic. She shares a home with Demetrius, an orange and white tabby. Andrea's non-work interests include technical theatre (she enjoys designing and building sets), reading, volunteering at the local PBS station's fundraising events church- related activities, and a home based kitchen product business.
Danny Rodriguez, Veterinary Technician
Originally from San Antonio, Danny came to be part Churchill Veterinary Hospital in 2005. Danny has worked in the veterinary field taking care of small, large, and exotic animals for 11 years.
Danny enjoys being outside, having barbeques with family and friends, and loves to play and watch sports. Danny and his wife Tiffany reside with their two dogs Picante and Giselle and their cat Toni the Tiger.
Debra Mann, Veterinary Assistant
Since moving from Granbury Texas in 2004, Debra has joined us as our Kennel Technician. She now works a receptionist and veterinary technician in addition to the kennels. She is very fond of animals, and enjoys her job. She is the mother of 3 and has 3 grandchildren. She shares a home with her significant other John, and also Hot Rod,her black cat.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching Nascar, reading and generally just being outdoors.
Miki Bianchi, Veterinary Technician
Miki was born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii. She visited San Antonio, and loved it so much, she moved here in 2003. She has been our veterinary technician since then, and treats every pet that comes through our doors with such tender loving care.
In her spare time she enjoys art, surfing and outdoor activities. She has one daughter, Amanda, and shares her home with her miniature pincher Shanks and her cat Ling Mao Puff Kitty.
Julie Gilmore, Customer Care Specialist
She is originally from San Antonio, and attended Madison High School where she was a member of the FFA, and has raised a variety of animals. She has always surrounded herself with furry friends, and loves her job here at Churchill Veterinary Hospital where she is currently our Receptionist.
She joined us in 2006, after moving back from Britain, where she resided for a few years. She now lives with her husband, Colin and her three cats, Sir Winston, Bodger (who is British), and Achilles, and her dog Rascal, and her newest addition, her kitten O'Driscoll.
Janet Schnur, Administrative Assistant
Originally from Columbus, Indiana, via Savannah, Georgia, she came to join us in 2006 where she currently works as an administrative assistant and helps with the reception desk. She has three adult children and 6 grandchildren.
In her spare time, she enjoys interior decoration, gardening, reading and craftwork. She shares her home with 13 year old cat Ethel, and with her 3 year old Husky Dakota, and her 6 month old cocker spaniel puppy Tennison.
Clarence Daniels, Kennel Technician
A husband and father of four, originally from Louisiana, he has worked in the veterinary field taking care of animals for 14 years. He worked at the Louisiana SPCA, until he was relocated to San Antonio after hurricane Katrina, when shortly after he became our Kennel Technician.
He currently has two dogs, CoCo a pit-bull puppy, and Romeo, a cocker spaniel puppy.
